Set Up Document Management System

You can set up Accounts Production Advanced from Digita to use your selected document management system (DMS) as follows:

  1. Login as an administrator.
  2. Select Tools | Configure Document Management from the menu.
  3. Select your DMS from the list.
  4. Enter a Default data location if different to the default suggested.
  5. Click Configure to configure Accounts Production Advanced from Digita to your DMS if required.
  6. Click OK to close the dialog.

If Autonomy iManage has been selected you need to select document folders for your Accounts Production Advanced from Digita clients.

If FileCabinet has been selected you need to create or map Drawer id's for your Accounts Production Advanced from Digita clients.
