Set Up FileCabinet

If you have FileCabinet installed as your document management system (DMS) you can set up Accounts Production Advanced from Digita to use FileCabinet as follows:

  1. Login as an administrator.
  2. Select Tools | Configure Document Management from the menu.
  3. Select FileCabinet from the list.
  4. Enter a Data location if different to the default suggested.
  5. Click Configure to select the appropriate document format.
  6. Click OK to close the Configuration dialog.
  7. Click OK to close the dialog. FileCabinet has now been selected for your DMS.

Once FileCabinet has been selected you need to create or map Drawer id's for your Accounts Production Advanced from Digita clients.
