UK FRS 102: Transactions with Key Management Disclosure Dialog

This dialog enables you to disclose information on specific transactions in favour of directors via the following tabs:

• Transaction with directors tab. Click each New button in turn to add information via the following dialogs:
  • Transactions with directors dialog
  • Specific Guarantee dialog
  • Dividends Paid dialog
• Key management compensation tab.
• Detail of key transactions with management tab
• Income and receivables tab
• Expenditure and payables tab
• Loan relationships tab

It is accessed via the Transactions with Key Management link under the Group Related Party Transactions heading (if appropriate), or the Company Related Party Transactions heading on the Disclosure tab.
