UK FRS 102: Business Combinations Disclosure Dialog

This dialog enables you to disclose details on business combinations via the following tabs:

• General tab
• Cost of combination and cash flow analysis tab
• Assets acquired and liabilities assumed tab
• Goodwill tab
• Group reconstruction tab

It is accessed via the Business Combinations link under the Financial Statements heading on the Disclosure tab.
