About Users

ONESOURCE Accounts Production enables you to control access to data and functionality via users. A user record needs to be set up for each person requiring access to the application.

Users are set up via the Add/Edit User dialog, then managed via the Manage User Security Settings dialog accessed via the Tools | Manage User Security menu.

This enables you to perform the following:

• Set Up Users
• Set Up Windows® Authentication
• Log On as Different User
